[He kisses Derek's hairline, his fingers still raking over Derek's scalp.]

Feel free. I've got you. I got you.

[ His eyes flutter closed. ] S'okay?

Yeah.

[He's so gone. Utterly bananas. Nutso. Bonkers. In L O V E. But he'd never say it now.]

Sleep, Sourwolf. I got you.

[garou]

[ Derek hums again, and settles finally; after a few moments, his breathing evens out, and he's fast asleep on Stiles' chest. ]

[For a long moment, Stiles is completely and utterly entranced. He's never seen Derek fall asleep before. He's never seen Derek this vulnerable. He angles his head just so, kisses Derek's forehead again, and then forces himself to close his eyes.

It doesn't work too well. He opens his eyes a moment later, still staring at Derek's perfect face. He lays there just like that for a long, long time, before finally crashing hard, his head pressed against Derek's.]

[ Derek sleeps through the night, waking up only when the light of dawn cracks it's way through the windows. He wakes up first, having shifted in the night to the point that he's now curled up around Stiles, cradling him close. He almost panics, but he also knows he can't leave. It'd crush them both.

So he watches Stiles sleep instead, trying his best to not wake him. ]

[It's about fifteen minutes later that Stiles starts to stir, perhaps subconsciously aware of Derek's staring. His eyes flutter open, and he sees Derek. Feels Derek. And he smiles.]

G'morning...

[garou]

Hi. [ He says it softly, smiling just a little. ] Sleep okay?

[skybluejeep]

Yeah. Really good.

[He adjusts himself against Derek's body, propping his chin on Derek's shoulder.]

How about you?

[garou]

[ And that makes staying worth it. He still hasn't forgotten about that nightmare. ] Yeah.

[skybluejeep]

Mmm.

[He nuzzles in closer, sneaking a little kiss against Derek's neck.]

No morning after regrets? Morning breath and morning wood?

WOW I THOUGHT I CLICKED SEND ON THIS???

No regrets. [ He surprises himself, even, when he says it. ]
