[His eyes are wide; he hasn't seen Superman since Sinbrilee. So this is awesome, basically.]

Which is what made it so poignant. [His best articles come from the knowledge and empathy, and he's pretty sure it's the same for Lois. When you know what you're talking about words just come from the heart.]

We... never quite talked about it, but the smell I got was very particular. And after your accidental confirmation there were werewolves I did put two and two together.

I hope you do, she deserves justice. But I guess you won't know until we all go back home.

Well, I talked to my friend Cora, she comes from a point about...four weeks later than me? Something like that.

And apparently it's all "taken care of" which, knowing Beacon Hills, means that the killer was killed herself. I live in a very violent small town, it's kind of a giant pain in the ass.

...Look, the whole werewolf thing is still kind of a secret here. I don't want word to get out. But if I can't trust Superman with a secret, then who can I trust, right?

It's not my secret to tell, and if aliens like me get a bad reputation I can't imagine how people would react to actual werewolves, no matter how nice.

...Or at least I thought they were all nice, but now hearing about your hometown I'm not so sure. Is an eye for an eye an usual thing over there?

More like werewolves are usually pretty aggressive, territorial, and violent. So, yeah. They get their panties in a bunch, they end up killing each other a lot.

Does Batman know about them? [Translation: have you told him? Because Bruce knows about everything and someone who's been training with him would know.]

Yeah. I didn't give him any names, but I'm sure he's already figured it out.

It's just...my best friend got turned into one against his will, and I've been keeping him afloat ever since. Even if he's not here anymore, you know?

[Not here. Isaac? Scott? Both? There were definitely a couple werewolf smells in this place, and there still are. He wonders who the others are, but he knows better than to actually investigate. Batman will, so at the worst he can count on his intel if something goes wrong.]

I trust your judgement. I could be considered dangerous myself in a lot of cases, after all.
