So Teen Wolf is a show that references other media works, like DC and Marvel Comics. As a result, Stiles has canon knowledge of various comic book characters. To avoid canon-puncturing you and harshing your mellow, I have here a handy-dandy PERMISSIONS POST.

Can Stiles 4th Wall you? I think... sort of? Wayne may be a name that has been heard/known. So possibly. Ditto Robin. (Robin probably more than Damian Wayne.)

If so, what shouldn't he ever mention? Can he know your "Secret Identity" and swear never to reveal it?
Remembering previous such discussions where Daddybat has been concerned, that would be a no. Bats keep secret identities until/unless there are in-game reasons otherwise. (Roy may correct me on this one, but I'm pretty sure that's how it went, before.)
